The Company has become part of Alpha group as a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Alternatives Holdings Private Limited since January 2019 . The Company is registered as a Non-Banking Financial Institution not accepting public deposits with the Reserve Bank of India and is engaged in the business of investments and lending.
